REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges on all our pieces! We just ask that the following requirements are met:

The item(s) must be in the original condition, with all garment tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in anyway.

We have a strict 14-day policy. This means, from the day we see your garment has arrived at your shipping address, you have 14 days to arrange an exchange with us. Any exchanges outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend having an appropriate method for tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for any lost or misdirected exchanges.

Exchanges will be issued excluding the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for payment of new shipping fees. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any package/item(s) that have been tampered with or not returned in new condition.

Any item(s) purchased on sale, discounted, from a show, pop-up or by using a promotional code are final sale.

Customers must contact us via exchanges@jaeaswim.com to begin the exchange process and must have proof of purchase.

Although we don't anticipate, if you receive a faulty or damaged item(s) please contact exchanges@jaeaswim.com directly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
